The starting point
The problem behind the project.
Panel requirements can be spread across drawings, schedules, specifications and clarification replies. Preparing the BOM and technical offer separately makes inconsistencies harder to spot.
AI-assisted document workflows
A technical offer and a bill of materials should tell the same story. I built an AI-assisted workflow that connects source requirements, structured study records and coordinated documents.
Explore the workflow
Explore the document workflow. These are schematic illustrations, not customer drawings or approved engineering outputs.
Drawings, load schedules, specifications and clarification replies form the inputs. Their revisions and context need to stay visible.

The starting point
Panel requirements can be spread across drawings, schedules, specifications and clarification replies. Preparing the BOM and technical offer separately makes inconsistencies harder to spot.
My contribution
I built a workflow to organize the inputs, record requirements and conflicts, and prepare per-design BOMs and a coordinated technical offer from the same study record. The process includes review and revision checkpoints.
The result
A repeatable way to prepare and reconcile the documents, with links back to the inputs and a place for technical review before release.
What matters in the work
Retain source context and revisions.
Use the same study record for the BOM and offer.
Check and reconcile before release.
